Its exterior is strong and resistant to scratches, while the interior is slick and can be wiped clean. Insulation in the bottom, top, sides, and back reinforces the structure and creates a barrier, trapping heat inside. For product monitoring, the door has a glass window, and to accommodate different food sizes, the oven racks are adjustable.Equipped with responsive solid-state controls, this Duke 59-E3XX half-size convection oven has a sensitive thermostat that quickly corrects temperature changes, while the countdown timer runs without pauses or delays-both of these settings are adjustable with dials on the front. A digital display conveniently shows the remaining cook time, and an indicator light signals when the burners are active.
